Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your purchase and use of Elite Breeder Formula Essentials (Essentials), including its online training, short assignments, private breeder community and eligible completion Reward training. Essentials is operated by Dr Margaret Howe, also known as Dr Meg Howe, in Western Australia, Australia (we, us or our).

Please read these terms before purchasing. By purchasing Essentials, you agree to the terms provided at checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1 What your purchase includes

Essentials includes approximately three hours of online video training explaining the Value, Visibility and Communication Formula, the short course assignments and access to the private breeder community. The course is delivered digitally. The sales page and checkout describe the inclusions available when you purchase.

Essentials teaches you what to do so you can apply the Elite Breeder Formula (the Formula or EBF) to your own breeding program. It does not include EBF Premium tools, templates, website development services or individual or weekly live mentoring unless expressly included in your Essentials offer.

2 Price and payment

The standard price is a one-time payment of US$27, unless a different offer is clearly displayed at checkout. The final amount and any applicable taxes must be shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees.

Essentials does not automatically enrol you in a subscription or recurring payment arrangement. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Access is supplied after successful payment; contact support if your access details do not arrive.

3 Ongoing course access

You have access to the Essentials course materials for 12 months, with no fixed expiry date or renewal fee. During your 12 months access, you can revisit the lessons as you implement the Formula. The five-day Reward deadline does not shorten your course access.

We may update the training or move it to another platform while preserving the substance of your purchased course. If the platform or course is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and arrange an equivalent way for you to retain access to the purchased training, such as downloadable materials. Your non-excludable rights remain unaffected.

4 Technology and support

You need an internet connection, a compatible device and a current web browser. You are responsible for your own internet and device costs. Contact support if you cannot access the course. We will take reasonable steps to resolve access problems and preserve your purchased access during any platform change.

We may verify completion using course records and assignment submissions. Eligibility requirements will be explained clearly in the course and will not be made more restrictive after you purchase. If a problem with our access system prevents timely completion, contact support promptly so we can verify the issue and extend the deadline by the time reasonably lost.

If you do not meet the Reward deadline, you keep your ongoing 12 months Essentials access. No additional purchase is required to receive the Reward if you meet its requirements.

6 Optional Premium upgrade and implementation costs

You do not have to buy another program to use Essentials. EBF Premium is a separate, optional purchase for breeders who want additional implementation help, tools, templates and weekly mentoring access. Its price, inclusions and terms will be disclosed separately before any purchase. Completing Essentials does not commit you to an upgrade.

Applying the Formula may involve expenses such as a domain name, website hosting or services you choose to purchase. These are not included in the Essentials fee unless expressly stated. You decide which services to use and what to spend.

7 Refunds and consumer rights

If you change your mind before viewing or downloading any course materials, email support@elitebreederformula.com to request a refund. We will refund your Essentials purchase price once we confirm the materials have not been viewed or downloaded. Being issued login details or signing in to your account alone does not remove this unused-course refund option.

Once you have viewed or downloaded course materials, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. Where consumer guarantees or other mandatory protections apply, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances, even if you have accessed the materials. Any mandatory cancellation rights that apply in your country are also preserved.

Please include your purchase email and a description of the issue when contacting support. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Access to refunded content ends when the refund is processed.

8 Licence and intellectual property

Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable, single-user licence to access the course and apply its teachings within your own breeding business. You may use materials made available for download for that purpose, subject to any specific permitted-use instructions.

You may not share login details, redistribute or resell training, publish course videos, or use our materials to create a competing course without written permission. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. This does not restrict your use of general knowledge or skills learned from the course, or uses permitted by law.

We may moderate posts and restrict community participation where reasonably necessary to protect members or address a breach. Except where urgent action is needed, we will explain the concern and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond or correct it. Restricting community participation does not automatically remove access to your purchased course materials.

Community members share their own views and experiences. Their posts are not automatically endorsed by us and should not replace appropriate professional advice. Do not post confidential buyer information or sensitive personal information about others.

10 Account security and serious misuse

Keep your login credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for use you authorise, but not automatically responsible for every unauthorised act by another person.

We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security issue, fraud or a serious breach such as unauthorised distribution of course content. We will notify you and explain how to seek review, unless doing so would compromise security or breach the law. Any permanent termination must be proportionate to the breach and must preserve applicable consumer rights and remedies.

11 Educational purpose and responsible breeding

Essentials provides general education about breeding business positioning, visibility and buyer communication. It is not individual veterinary, legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Dr Meg Howe’s veterinary qualifications do not create a veterinary-client relationship through this business training.

You remain responsible for your breeding decisions, animal welfare, health testing, honest advertising, buyer communications and compliance with relevant licensing, breeding, tax and consumer requirements. Seek qualified advice where your circumstances require it. Applying the Formula does not justify misleading buyers or compromising animal welfare.

12 Results and testimonials

We do not guarantee a particular puppy price, number of enquiries, deposits, waiting list size, revenue, profit or time to achieve results. Outcomes depend on your starting circumstances, implementation, breeding practices, location, market demand and other factors. Course completion alone does not guarantee business results.

Testimonials describe individual breeders’ experiences and may include breeders who participated in EBF Premium or other comprehensive Elite Breeder Formula training. Essentials teaches the core framework; those testimonials are not a promise that an Essentials buyer will achieve the same outcome or receive Premium services

We may send necessary service messages about your purchase, access, support and relevant changes. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without losing access to your purchased course. Unsubscribing does not prevent essential service communications.

14 Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, mandatory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for supplying the course as agreed and for meeting our legal obligations.

You make your own implementation decisions. We do not assume responsibility for independent third-party services you select, or guarantee that search engines, social platforms or other providers will maintain particular features. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct, our representations, or services we agree to provide.

Any claim for loss will be assessed under applicable law, including the cause of the loss, whether it was reasonably foreseeable and any steps reasonably available to reduce it. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for business losses or cap your statutory remedies at the course price.

15 Changes and disputes

The terms supplied when you purchase govern that purchase. We may publish revised terms for future purchases. We will not use later changes to introduce a subscription, shorten your purchased access, remove an earned Reward or otherwise materially reduce your existing rights without your agreement, except where required by law.

If a concern arises, please contact support with the relevant details so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. This does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, seeking independent advice or using any complaint, tribunal or court process available to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, subject to mandatory protections that apply elsewhere. Western Australian courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing requires you to give up a right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law permits it.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms continue where they can operate independently.
